Product introduction
The surge protector is a lightning protection measure adopted by Zhejiang toer Electric Co., Ltd. for the electrical system. It is suitable for the N-S, NT-C, TH-C, TT, LT and other power supply systems of 50/60Hz 380V and below, which can be used as the equipotential connection at the interface of LPZ1, LPZ2 and LPZ3.
The design is based on IEC61643-1 and GB18802.1. It is an electronic device that provides security protection for all kinds of electronic devices, instruments and communication lines.

Product features

Notice of product
1. surge protector is installed with 35MM standard guide rail
2. standard RJ45 interface can be conveniently connected to the front end of the protected equipment.
The grounding path should be as short as possible, and the length should not exceed 1.5 meters.
3. identify the input / output interface identifier of the lightning protector, input the external line and output the connection device.
4. lightning arresters are connected in series between protected equipment
Product Installation
With 35mm standard DIN-rail mounting, connecting copper stranded conductor is 2.5~35mm²
At front of spd each pole must be setted protection---used fuse or miniature circuit breaker lightning current SPD protection,after SPD breakdown to short circuit protection.
SPD install on protected line(equipment) to the front and connected to the supply line. A class products install in the building home-entry line hold larger surge current total distribution box. B, C class products most install on the floor distribution box, D class products close to the front-end equipment that smaller surge current, smaller residual voltage place.
Working principle of product
Under normal working condition, the lightning protection module is in a high resistance state. When the power supply line has lightning invasion or operation transient overvoltage, the lightning protection module will immediately pass through the response speed of nanosecond level, and limit the lightning overvoltage or transient overvoltage to the voltage range allowed by the electrical equipment, thus protecting the normal operation of the electronic equipment. After that, the lightning protection module quickly returns to the high impedance state without affecting the normal power supply of the grid.
